The Mighty Protein Shake

With two servings of fruit, two servings of veg and lots of filling fiber and protein-this shake packs a mighty punch. If you think a glass of liquid can’t fuel your morning, think again.



1 cup of frozen strawberries + 1 banana + 2 cups of rainbow kale + 3 Tbsp of hemp powder + 2 Tbsp of PB powder (or 1 Tbsp of peanut butter) + 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk.



Place ingredients into a blender and puree till smooth. Drink immediately.
