This documentary is like a GMOs for Dummies and we couldn’t be happier. You’ll learn what GMOs are, how they came to be, and why you should care. You’ll learn enough to share some very impressive tidbits at your next dinner party.
If you’re looking to change how you cook but don’t know how, this film is a must watch. Firefighter and triathlete, Rip Esselstyn, gives easy to follow tips for adopting a plant based diet anyone can follow. Learn now to read nutritional labels and even cook a few simple recipes.
