One of the biggest excuses for skipping breakfast is lack of time. This shake is antioxidant rich (thank you, strawberries) and provides a good dose of protein to help you make it till lunch. It’s also a healthier alternative to a strawberry milkshake.
10-12 strawberries + ½ block of drained silken tofu + 1 cup of nut milk + 2 Tbs of chia seeds +1 banana+ Honey to taste
1. Place ingredients into a blender and puree till smooth.
